Track & Field (2003-07): Nine-time NCAA Division II All-American, including five individual events and four relays; 2007 NCAA Division II National Champion in 400-meter dash, posted fastest time at the NCAA Championships since 1998 (45.37 seconds); captured four All-America awards during 2006 NCAA outdoor meet (3rd in 400-meter dash, 7th in 200-meter dash, 4th in 4x400-meter relay, 6th in 4x100-meter relay); 2-time CIAA Champion (2004 outdoor 100-meter dash, 2007 outdoor 400-meter dash); 6-time individual All-CIAA honoree and multiple All-CIAA relay citations.
