Alex M. Rivera Athletics Hall of Fame
Football (1988-91): Three-time First-Team All-CIAA; ranks 2nd at NCCU in career receiving yards (2,879) and 7th in career receptions (130); one of only two players in school history with a 1,000-yard receiving season (1990 - 1,058 yards); team’s leading receiver all four seasons, including 45 receptions in 1990; averaged 25.2 yards per catch in 1988; led Eagles in kickoff returns in both 1989 (23.7-yard avg.) and 1991 (23.2-yard avg.).
Played professionally with Toronto Argonauts (1992-93) and Shreveport Pirates (1994) in the Canadian Football League.
