Carlton Bell was one of the Eagles' most productive players under Coach Floyd Brown.

He was the team's leading rebounder for each of his four seasons, from 1955 to 1959. He led in total points in 1955-56, 1957-58, and 1958-59, in field goals scored in those same three years, and in field goal percentage in 1955-56 and 1956-57.
