ELLICOTT CITY, Md. – Kyle Gregory of North Carolina Central earned a spot on the All-Tournament team after tying for ninth in the NEC Men's Golf Championship at Turf Valley Resort on Sunday.
 
Gregory is the third Eagle named to the All-Tourney team since NCCU started competing as an NEC associate member in 2023. The list includes Jamal Hutchison (2025) and Iszac Bertagnole (2024).

The top 10 finishers in the NEC Championship earn All-Tournament honors.
 
Gregory fired a three-day score of 218 on the par 71, 6,665-yard layout to finish among the top performers. Hutchison joined Gregory in the top 20 with a 220 score to tie for 14^th.
 
Both golfers shared the first-round lead with three other competitors on Friday after firing two-under 69s. Gregory stayed in contention with a one-over 72 in Saturday's second round before finishing with a six-over 77 in the final round.
 
Hutchison posted a six-over 77 in the second round but rebounded with a three-over 74 in the third round.
 
Christian Fisher and Nico Tucker were solid in their NEC Championship debuts. Fisher tied for 39^th with a 228 score and Tucker was 43rd with a 232 score.
 
After a fast start on Friday, the Eagles finished eighth on Sunday with a score of 898 in the team standings. They were fourth after the first round.
 
Howard won the team crown and Arjun Singh Bhatia of Long Island was the individual medalist. Overall, sixty-six golfers from 12 teams competed in the event.
