NO. 10 – On March 30, the North Carolina Central University baseball team rallied from a ninth-inning deficit to capture a walk-off win over Florida A&M University at the Durham Athletic Park.
 
The Eagles trailed 8-7 heading into the bottom of the ninth against the eventual MEAC tournament champions. With the bases loaded, Trey Maslin was hit by a pitch to score Caleb Coyle for the tying run. The next batter, Vinny Bailey, singled to center field to drive in Corey Joyce for the winning run. Bailey's teammates stormed the field and drenched him with a Gatorade shower.
