North Carolina Central University Athletics

2020: Started all eight games he appeared in, and drove in six RBI on six hits.  Collected four walks and was hit by a pitch five times, and marked a .441 on-base percentage.  Stole two bases in two attempts.  Carried a five-game hitting streak to finish the season, and went 2-for-4 with two RBI at Longwood on March 11 to cap the run.

2019: Started all 46 games he appeared in.  Batted .276 and collected 47 hits with eight doubles and drove in 37 RBI to finish top-10 in the MEAC.  Slugged .324 and had a .373 on base percentage with 14 walks, and stole seven bases.  Had 11 multi-hit games including two three-hit contests.  Also had seven multi-RBI games including when he drove in four RBI against Canisius in a 2-for-3 effort with a double on February 17.  Held a six-game hit streak and a 21-game streak of reaching base safely.  Stole seven bases.

Prior to NCCU:

Walters State:  Played 25 games with eight hits, three doubles and four runs driven in in 2018.  Walked four times and stole two bases.  Played 33 games and batted .295 in 2017.  Had 23 hits, two doubles and 10 RBI.   Touched home 16 times and stole four bases. 

Franklin H.S.: Two-time All-WCAC Selection.  Batted .348 with five doubles, one triple, and 12 RBI in 2015.  Stole 18 bases and only struck out three times in 81 plate appearances.

Personal: Born May 5, 1996.  Parents are Scot and Michelle Maslin.  Enjoys hanging out with friends, playing video games, snowboarding, and golfing.  Majoring in business at NCCU.
