NORFOLK, Va. – The North Carolina Central University men's basketball team will appear twice on ESPN networks during the upcoming Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference schedule, the MEAC office announced on Tuesday, Dec. 15.
The Eagles will face rival North Carolina A&T on ESPNU at noon on Jan. 23 in Durham, and Howard in an interdivision matchup in Washington, D.C. on ESPN2 at 9:00 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 1.
NCCU played three MEAC games on ESPN networks during the 2019-20 season, including two contests at home inside McDougald-McLendon Arena against Norfolk State and North Carolina A&T.
All games on ESPN networks are available to stream on the ESPN app, which is accessible on computers, smartphones, tablets and connected devices to fans who receive their video subscription from an affiliated provider.
The men's and women's championship games of the 2021 MEAC Basketball Tournament will be live on ESPN networks, with specific network designations determined later in the season.
In addition, there will be 20 games aired on ESPN's digital platforms, and all of the Eagles' home games – excluding the aforementioned NCAT tilt – will be on ESPN+.
