SCOUTING THE WILDCATS
Bethune-Cookman is off to a hot start in league play, as the Wildcats are 3-1, and have won their last three. BCU defeated Morgan State, 85-78, in its last contest, led by Cletrell Pope's 29 points and 18 rebounds. The reigning MEAC Player of the Year is averaging 14.6 points and 12.2 rebounds per game this season. The Eagles and Wildcats will meet again in Durham on March 2.

SCOUTING THE RATTLERS
Florida A&M has gone 1-2 in MEAC play since NCCU took a 61-45 win in Durham on Jan. 4. The Rattlers have won their last two games, both at home. FAMU bested Coppin State, 65-54, last time out, led by a double-double of 20 points and 14 rebounds from MJ Randolph. Randolph is currently averaging 12.8 points and 5.8 caroms per contest.

Jordan Perkins has logged a lot of time on the court in his career, totaling over 2000 minutes, and 81 appearances with 58 starts out of a possible 86 games. With that time on the floor, he's also been a great playmaker and now stands third all-time in career assists at NCCU. Perkins is also second in the MEAC in assists with an average of 4.6 per game. Below is a list of the top-five assisters at NCCU.
