DURHAM, N.C. – North Carolina Central University cheerleader Morgan Anderson has been named the NCCU Student-Athlete of the Month for July 2015 in recognition of her outstanding accomplishments on the sideline and in the classroom.
 
A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Anderson wrapped up her NCCU cheerleading career as the Varsity Captain during the 2014-15 season.

She graduated in May with a degree in Athletic Training. While a student-athlete, she also became a member of The Alpha Lambda Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. She had opportunities to work in her field while enrolled at NCCU at local middle schools in Durham.

Anderson also participated in various community service activities while a student-athlete at NCCU.
