DURHAM, N.C. – The North Carolina Central University men's tennis team will be recognized for its 2025 HBCU National Championship with a sign unveiling ceremony hosted by the North Carolina Department of Transportation. The event will take place on Tuesday, April 28, at 2 p.m.

On March 5, NCCU men's tennis received a resolution from NCDOT announcing that highway signs would be erected in the team's honor following its championship victory last fall.

The ceremony is open to the public and will be held on NCCU's campus at the Alphonso Elder Student Union (511 Nelson St. Durham, N.C.).
