RALEIGH, N.C. – The North Carolina Central men's tennis program has received another honor following its 2025 HBCU Men's Tennis National Championship victory in the fall.

The Eagles have received a resolution from the North Carolina Department of Transportation announcing that highway signs will be erected in their honor to acknowledge and celebrate the championship.

As stated in the resolution, "the North Carolina Board of Transportation honors North Carolina Central University with national championship signs that read 'NC Central University 2025 HBCU Men's Tennis National Champions'."

The locations of the signs and the timeline for when they will be erected will be announced at a later date.
