BUIES CREEK, N.C. — Campbell University won all nine matches contested on the way to a 7-0 non-conference dual match victory over visiting North Carolina Central University women's tennis team Monday afternoon at the Nisbet Tennis Center.
The Camels improved to 4-1 on the season with the sweep.

Maru Berghaus and senior
Sofia Miller were the Eagles that came the closest to winning a set. Berghaus dropped her No. 2 singles tilt to senior Lea Cutura by a 6-2, 6-5 while Miller was defeated by a 7-5, 6-0 margin to senior No. 3 Lucile Pons. Junior No. 6
Polina Sakharova matched Berghaus with seven game wins in a 6-3, 6-4 setback to senior Huda McGraw.
Campbell used 6-0 and 6-3 wins on courts one and three to secure the doubles point. In the middle match, Pons and sophomore Inma Ramon squeaked by Berghaus and sophomore Ivan Dragovic by a narrow 7-5 score.
NC Central (1-3) will next host Charlotte on Saturday at 11 a.m.
