NACOGDOCHES, Texas – North Carolina Central University trailed Stephen F. Austin by just two points at the half, but a strong second half from the Lumberjacks proved to be the difference as the hosts secured a 94-64 win over the Eagles at William R. Johnson Coliseum.

Randy Miller Jr. (Odenton, Md.) as he dropped a three-pointer to open the scoring for the 2019-20 season. After that, SFA (2-0) was able to wrest control as it went out to a lead of as many as 15 in the first half with 9:30 remaining.
