NCCU Athletics Launches Website Redesign with SIDEARM Sports

DURHAM, N.C. – The North Carolina Central University Department of Athletics teamed up with industry leader SIDEARM Sports to launch a redesign of its official website - NCCUEaglePride.com - on Wednesday.

The website now has a fresh look, accessible navigation, and a responsive design that adapts to the user's device (desktop, tablet, mobile).

"We are thrilled to be able to provide our fans with this new digital experience," said Kyle Serba, Senior Associate Athletics Director for Strategic Communications at NCCU. "The blueprint for this website redesign was provided by our fans through an online survey. We infused their feedback through every step of this process, and the result is fantastic."

The new website reflects the features that the fans indicated were priorities: current stories, schedules and results, game day links to audio/video streams and live statistics, video highlights and interviews, and student-athlete spotlights.

There is also easy access to original content through a variety of social media platforms.

This is the first website redesign since NCCU established its partnership with SIDEARM Sports in June 2010. The NCCU Athletics website made its debut on the internet on June 29, 1998.
