SERIES: Bethune-Cookman has won all 13 meetings against NCCU, including a 63-46 triumph in Durham two weeks ago on Feb. 13.

NCCU (4-20, 2-11) sits in 12th place in the MEAC standings entering the final week of the regular season, but could move up to 10th place with three wins. The Lady Eagles have lost four straight games and eight consecutive MEAC contests. Senior Tisha Dixon, who leads NCCU with 10.7 points and 7.8 rebounds per game, has posted a double-double in her last two performances. Junior Morgan Jones was held scoreless for the first time this season in NCCU's last game – a 66-55 road loss at Morgan State last Saturday -- to dip below 10 points per game at 9.9.  Jones continues to lead the Lady Eagles with 2.0 assists and 1.7 steals per game. Third leading scorer senior Kristin Askew has missed the last two games due to injury. Junior Monique Whaley-Briggs (4.3 ppg) and freshmen Chantal Thomas (4.8) and Dominique Adams (5.3) have all scored in double figures multiple times for NCCU.

B-CU (15-11, 9-4) has lost its last two games to North Carolina A&T and Florida A&M since beating NCCU two weeks ago, but the Wildcats still have a chance at the league's top seed just one game behind NCAT and Hampton for the MEAC's best record. Junior center Kailyn Williams, who has been named the MEAC Defensive Player of the Week six times this season, ranks 10th in the league in scoring (11.6), second in rebounding (9.3) and first in blocks (3.2). Classmate Kendra Cooper leads Bethune-Cookman with 14.6 points per game and senior Jasmine Knowles is second in the league with 4.2 assists per game.
