Complete Results WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – North Carolina Central University recorded three top 10 finishers in the Camel City Invitational indoor track and field meet on Jan. 29-30 at JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
NCCU redshirt senior
Joshua McClam placed sixth in the men's long jump, setting a distance of 7.18 meters.
Women's triple jumper, junior
Zoe Ellis, also placed sixth with a leap of 11.79 meters.
In the women's 60-meter dash, Lady Eagle sophomore
Markiara Staten ran a time of 7.72 seconds, finishing 10th in the event.
NCCU's track and field teams will travel to Johnson City, Tennessee to compete in the ETSU Invitational meet Feb. 5-6.
