GREENSBORO, N.C. – North Carolina Central University sophomore
Rachael Johnson paced the Lady Eagles with a team-best 178 average during the season-opening MEAC Southern Division bowling event on Saturday and Sunday.
A native of Chicago, Johnson posted a game-high of 201 to finish the four-game series with a 712.
NCCU junior
Kourtney Rodez (Chicago, Ill.) ranked second on the team with a 162.3 average with a high game of 169, while senior
Rae'Shelle Drayton (Philadelphia, Pa.) averaged 161.5 with a high game of 184.
As a team, NCCU finished with a 0-4 record in traditional matches, as well as 0-4 in Baker matches.
