th win as the No. 1 singles student-athlete, the Lady Pirates were still able to overpower the North Carolina Central University women’s tennis team 5-2 in the Saturday, March 26 contest in Greenville, N.C.
The Saturday matchup drops the Lady Eagles to 7-9 this season.
NCCU continues the 2011 season by hosting Radford University on Sunday, March 27 on the NCCU tennis courts, the matchup is scheduled for a 1:00 p.m. start.
