Biography
As a Senior (North Carolina Central University, 2014-15)
Announced to NABC Division I All-District Team, earning second team recognition. Named to NCCSIA All-State Team as a first team honoree. Selected to participate in Portsmouth Invitational Tournament. Voted All-MEAC First Team as top playmaker in the conference with 196 assists, ranking 10th in NCAA Division I with 6.3 assists per game. Led the MEAC and ranked 25th in the nation with a free throw percentage of 86.9 percent. Ranked second in the conference in three-point field goal percentage (41.8%) and ninth in field goal percentage (48.3%), while ranking 18th in the league in scoring (12.0 ppg). Topped conference in minutes played, averaging 35:23 minutes of action per contest. Scored season-high 25 points at Jackson State (Dec. 22). Distributed a season-best 13 assists at ETSU (Jan. 31). Collected 19 points and five assists at Miami in first round of NIT (March 17).

As a Junior (Lamar University, 2013-14)
Candidate for conference newcomer of the year honors. Received honorable mention All-Southland Conference recognition. Played in 30 games, earning 29 starts. Led the team, and finished ranked 13th in the conference averaging 14.1 points per game. Was tops on the squad and third in the Southland averaging 4.9 assists per game. Averaged 3.8 rebounds per game. Ranked 18th in the SLC averaging 1.3 steals per game. Credited with eight blocks on the season. Was 16th in the league in free throw shooting connecting on 89-of-119 (.748). Scored in double-figures in all but three games, including four 20-point games. Also recorded two double-doubles. Kicked off the season with a 23-point effort at Butler. Scored 21 points and had five rebounds at LIU-Brooklyn. Scored a career-high 29 points and dished out eight assists at Northwestern State. Also pulled down four rebounds against the Demons. Scored 21 points and dished out five assists against Sam Houston State. Scored 17 points and dished out 14 assists against Arkansas State. Scored 19 points, grabbed nine boards and recorded six assists at Central Arkansas. Scored 19 points and with 11 assists in the win over New Orleans. Scored 14 points five times, and 16 points twice. Recorded a season-high five steals at Utah.

Transferred to Jacksonville College following a freshman season at South Dakota. Averaged 11.0 points, 7.0 assists, 4.0 rebounds and 2.0 steals per game. Lists his best individual performance as 24-point effort against San Jacinto College. Recorded 11 assists against Lee College.

Transferred to Jacksonville College following a freshman season at South Dakota. Averaged 11.0 points, 7.0 assists, 4.0 rebounds and 2.0 steals per game. Lists his best individual performance as 24-point effort against San Jacinto College. Recorded 11 assists against Lee College.

High School (Madison East H.S.)
Named Mr. Basketball for the state of Wisconsin and also was an all-state first team selection in 2010-11. Averaged 24.3 points, 6.2 rebounds, 6.1 assists and 2.9 steals per contest for Madison East High School as a senior. One of the top point guards in the state of Wisconsin, the 6-0, 150-pound Hilliard has used his exceptional speed to guide the Madison East Purgolders the past two seasons. As a junior he averaged over 17 points, seven assists and two steals per game to earn all-state honorable mention, first-team all-area and first-team all-conference honors. During his sophomore season Hilliard averaged over 11 points, six assists and one steal per game to earn second-team all-conference.
