North Carolina Central University Athletics

2018:  Made 23 appearances with 16 starts as a catcher.  Collected 11 hits with four RBI and 10 runs scored and one double.  Walked eight times and had an on base percentage of .355.  Had one of his best games of the year when he went 3-for-5 with an RBI and two runs scored at Norfolk State (March 27).

Catawba Valley Community College: Batted .271 his sophomore year with 20 RBI, five RBI, and three home runs.  Slugged .390 with a .341 on base percentage as well with 21 runs scored.

High School (Cox Mill):  Was an All-Conference selection, and was named team MVP in his senior year.  Won two conference championships during his time there as well.

Personal: Born June 27, 1997 om Charlotte, North Carolina.  Parents are John and Marycarol Wright.  Enjoys spending time with his family, football, and good meals.  His goal is to get drafted when he finishes playing collegiate baseball.  Majoring in psychology.
