Biography

As a Senior (2022-23) 
Appeared in 22 games, playing a total of 159 minutes. Handed out four assists, recorded five blocks and 48 rebounds, collected four steals and scored 37 points this season. Season-highs in points and rebounds came in a victory over St. Andrews in a 13-point, 10 rebound double-double (Dec. 3).

As a Junior (2021-22)
Made 30 appearances with 14 starts, and averaged 12.3 minutes per game.  Scored 103 points with 107 rebounds, and notched eight blocks and eight steals.  Shot 64.1 percent from the floor.  Named MEAC Defensive Player of the Week on Nov. 30 after averaging 5.0 rebounds per game with three blocks, and 9.3 points per game at a 84.6 percent (11-for-13) clip against Warren Wilson, Apprentice, and Gardner-Webb.  Pulled down his first double-double as an Eagle with season-highs of 15 points and 11 rebounds against Warren Wilson (Feb. 10).

Prior to NCCU:

Transferred in from CSU Dominguez Hills, who did not compete in 2020-21 due to COVID-19.

San Bernardino Valley (2019-20): Named First Team All-Inland Empire Athletic Conference after averaging 10.4 points and 10.9 boards per game.  Scored in double-digits 11 times, and scored 20-plus points three time.  Poured in a career-high 32 points on 13-for-17 shooting (76.5 percent) at Imperial Valley on Nov. 22.

Personal: Born in Chicago, Illinois.  Father is Clarence Butler.  Enjoys playing NBA 2K.  Majoring in interdisciplinary studies at NCCU.
