Prior to NCCU:

College of DuPage (2019-20), South Suburban College (2018-19): Started seven of eight games he appeared in with College of DuPage in 2020 before the season was cut short, and batted .423 with 11 hits.  Collected a hit in all eight games.  Held a .464 on-base percentage, and knocked a double, a triple, and two home runs for a .759 slugging percentage, and drove in eight RBI.  Drove in three RBI on two hits, including a double and a home run, and also picked up a walk against Penn St. Mont Alto.

Batted .362 as a freshman in 2019 at South Suburban College, and knocked 47 hits.  Posted a .433 on-base percentage, and socked 13 doubles and three home runs to drive in 26 RBI with a .531 slugging percentage.  Had a pair of four-hit performances, including going 4-for-4 with a home run and a walk for a career-best five RBI.  Stole five bases without being caught.  Also made eight appearances on the mound, and pitched nine innings with eight strikeouts. 

Personal: Born in Evergreen Park, Illinois.  Parents are Bill and Molly Doran.  Enjoys playing the guitar, listening to music, and exercising.  Majoring in behavioral and social sciences at NCCU.
