2008: Finished as team leader in runs scored (20), doubles (6), triples (2), and walks (15). Tied with the team lead in starting 31 of NCCU[apos]s 36 games. Ended season second on the squad in slugging percentage (.356), second in hits (26). Third on the team in batting average (.257), and tied for fourth in RBIs (7). Boasted a team-high .977 fielding percentage with just two errors and 83 putouts. Stole eight bases on 10 attempts. March 11 vs. Coppin State, 3-for-4, 1 run with a double. Game 2 against Coppin State added an RBI double scoring 2 runs. March 13 vs. Claflin, 2-for-4 with an RBI hitting his third double. Best day on the base path, March 18 doubleheader vs. Virginia State, hit 2-for-4, walked four times and stole five bases. March 21 vs. Elizabeth City State, 2-for-4, 2 RBI, and a double. Batting average reached its peak at .294 after a 4-for-4 effort against Campbell (April 1). Missed the last 3 games of the regular season after sustaining a kidney injury against Chowan (April 26). 2007: Among NCAA Division II leaders, ranked fourth in Stolen Bases (0.84 per game), 30th in Runs Scored (1.2 per game), and 47th in Walks (0.69 per game). Voted to All-CIAA Team and CIAA All-Rookie Team. Selected to the CIAA All-Tournament Team. Led conference with 38 stolen bases. Second in the league with 54 runs scored. Topped team in hits (48), doubles (11), runs scored (54), stolen bases (38) and total bases (82). Batted .318 (48-for-151) with 4 triples, 5 home runs, 82 RBI and 31 walks. Posted a slugging percentage of .543 and an on-base percentage of .456. Recorded 123 putouts with 7 assists from center field. Only player on the team to start in all 45 games.
