Biography

2015:  Appeared in eight games and started three.  Picked up first career hit against Virginia State (April 1) going 1-for-2.  Had 11 at bats with two walks and one run scored.

2014:  Named to 2014 All-MEAC Academic Team.  Played in one game with one at-bat against UNC Wilmington on April 9.  Went 0-for 1 with a strikeout.

2013:  Redshirted
 
High School (Ballard H.S.): Two-sport athlete (baseball and tennis).  Two year varsity baseball letterman who batted .400 as junior, and was Top 5 his senior year.  Named honorable mention All-Conference twice. Vice President and Chairman of FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) and was also a two-time national finalist in FBLA Sports Management and Marketing. 
 
Personal: Born November 9, 1994, in Seattle, Washington.  Parents are Cabrina Bell and Nelson Cooper III.  Major at NCCU is Business Administration.
