North Carolina Central University Athletics

2018:  Made 16 appearances from the bullpen, and pitched 17.0 innings.  Kept a 2.65 ERA with five earned runs, and struck out 13 with a .175 batting average against.  Made 12 appearances without allowing an earned run, and nine without allowing a hit.  Made his longest appearance of the year against Davidson (May 8) where he pitched 2.2 innings without allowing a hit or an earned run.  Had a three-game streak of not allowing a baserunner over 3.0 innings stretching from April 6 at George Washington to April 10 against Campbell.  Struck out two batters in an appearance three times.  Named MEAC All-Academic.

2017:  Made 15 appearances from the bullpen and was involved in one of the two shutouts for NCCU.  Pitched 11.2 innings and struck out 15 batters.  Made nine appearances without allowing a run, and six without allowing a hit.  Collected a season-high three strikeouts against Appalachian State (March 15).

Pitt Community College (2015-16): Won the Region 10 Division-I Tournament in 2016.  Made 19 appearances that season, pitching 26.1 innings in relief with a 1.03 ERA.  Only allowed three earned runs with 17 strikeouts.

High School (Havelock H.S.):  Named All-Conference, All-Area and All-Sun Journal after a strong senior season when he collected 78 strikeouts with a 2.44 ERA.  Was a four sport athlete with three varsity letters in baseball and basketball, as well as one year of swimming and football.

Personal: Born March 13, 1996 in Carrollton, Georgia.  Parents are Connie Little and Jennie Bruner.  Enjoys playing basketball and other competitive activities, as well as watching college athletics and traveling.  Majoring in mass communications with a concentration on public relations at NCCU.
