North Carolina Central University Athletics

2015:  Appeared in 12 games and started eight.  Recorded nine putouts and 21 assists as a middle infielder.

2014:  Played in 27 games, starting in 20 as a freshman.  Record only four errors in 78 chances at second base.  Went 1-for-5 with an RBI single and a run scored in his debut against Presbyterian College.  Went 1-for-2 with a run scored at UNC Asheville.  Scored eight runs.  Recorded his first career multi-hit game against Florida A&M on March 22.

High School (AC Reynolds H.S.):   Baseball and football letter winner.  Received all-conference honors in baseball and football as a senior.  Selected as Under Armor Preseason All- American (2012, 2013). Perfect Game All-Atlantic Region honorable mention.  Preseason All-American honorable mention.  Career  batting average .300. Football team won conference championship (2010, 2013). Graduated with honors.  National Honor Society member.

Personal: Born July 31, 1994 in Asheville, North Carolina. Parents are Roger and Sandy Cagle.  Has one brother named Kyle. Major at NCCU is Athletic Training, currently enrolled in honors program.
