North Carolina Central University Athletics

2018: Started all 50 games he appeared in.  Collected 41 hits with 21 RBI along with seven doubles and three home runs.  Slugged .328 and walked a team fourth-most 26 times for a .341 on base percentage.  Swiped seven bases and made 122 putouts with one assist from centerfield, and finished fourth in the MEAC with a fielding percentage of .992.  Had nine multi-hit games, including when he went 3-for-4 with a double and an RBI against Norfolk State (April 11).  Held an 11-game streak of reaching base safely.  Named MEAC All-Academic.

2017:  Third Team All-MEAC.  Started all 50 games for NCCU this season.  Batted .270 and slugged .399.  Was patient at the plate to work 38 walks, which was the second-most in the league, and finished top-10 in the league with a .425 on base percentage.  Was also second in the league in fielding percentage at .992.  Top-10 in the MEAC in runs scored with 37, and notched nine doubles with four home runs.  Had an 11-game hit streak, and reached base in 19 consecutive games.  Had 10 multi-hit games and four multi-RBI games.  Had best game of the year when he went 4-for-5 with a home run, two RBI and three runs scored at Savannah State (March 25).

College of Central Florida (2016): Played 44 games, and batted .267.  Drove in 18 RBI and touched home 32 times.  Slugged .342 with an on base percentage of .425.

Florida International University (2015): Made 28 appearances with five starts.  Batted .200 with five runs scored.

High School (Timber Creek H.S.): Was named All-Conference in his senior year and 1st team all-region, while batting .462.  Also played basketball during his freshman year.

Personal: Born Sept. 4, 1996 in Voorhees, New Jersey.  Parents are George, Sr. and Eartha Holland.  Enjoys playing the piano and plans to go to law school.  Majoring in criminal justice with a concentration on homeland security at NCCU.
