North Carolina Central University Athletics

2015:  Played 42 games and made 37 starts.  Batted .233 and picked up a career-high 27 hits, 14 RBI and 14 runs scored.  Made 71 putouts with 70 assists and turned 11 double plays.  Went 3-for-6 with three RBI and a run scored at Charleston Southern (March 11).

2014:  Named to All-MEAC Academic team.  Played in 24 games, while starting in 17.  Went 1-for-3 with a walk and an RBI against Niagara.  Went 1-for-4 with a run scored and a stolen base in the game three win over arch-rival NC A&T.  Scored a run in an 1-for-3 effort in the series-clinching win over Bethune-Cookman.  Ripped a double in the come-from-behind win against Savannah State on March 16.  Went 1-for-3 with an RBI in the series finale against Lafayette.

2013: Named to All-MEAC Academic team.  Played in 14 games in his second season at NCCU, starting the final nine games of the year.  Recorded at least one hit in seven of the final nine games including a 2-for-3 effort at-the-plate with a double, a walk, and three runs scored in a close loss at Davidson.  During the MEAC Tournament, went 3-for-13 with three walks, three runs scored, and four RBI.  Finished the year batting .281 for the Eagles.  Was inserted in as a pinch hitter against Coppin State and drilled a two-RBI double in the 11-1 NCCU win.

2012: Collected four hits, three runs scored and an RBI in his rookie season in 15 games with seven starts. Highlight game of the season came in a 2-for-4 effort at-the-plate with an RBI against Longwood on March 27 (NCCU’s first-ever win over the Lancers).

High School (Dudley H.S.): Senior year awarded All-Conference and was All-Conference Honorable Mention as a junior. In both years, held a batting average over .500. In 2011, was inducted into Greensboro Batting Center Hall of Fame.

Personal: Born October 8, 1992 in Greensboro, N.C. Son of Clarence and Beth Williamson. Brother of Chase and Camden Williamson. He is Business major with a concentration in Finance.
