North Carolina Central University Athletics

2013:  Logged 18.0 innings, made 11 relief appearances in his rookie season at NCCU racking up an ERA of 2.00 after allowing four earned runs on 14 hits with 19 strikeouts and just seven walks.  His longest outing of the year was a 4.0 innings performance against Gardner-Webb on May 4 where he struck out a season-high 7 batters giving up just two hits with one walks in an 8-1 loss to the Runnin Bulldogs.  Worked 2.0 innings in the 10-4 victory over Maryland Eastern Shore in the 2013 MEAC Baseball Championships allowing no earned runs on one hit with a strikeout.  From April 14 through May 4, went 10.2 innings without surrendering an earned run. 

High School (East Wake H.S.): Named to the Greater Neuse River All-Conference team along with All-Academic honors during his high school tenure.  He was named most versatile player and he led his team in batting average his senior season.  Finished with a 6-3 record and 3.45 ERA in his junior season on the mound.
