DURHAM, N.C. – North Carolina Central travels to UNC Asheville for a non-conference volleyball match at the Justice Center in Asheville, N.C., on Tuesday, Sept. 16, at 6 p.m. The match will be livestreamed on ESPN+.

The Eagles are 2-6 overall and the Bulldogs are 2-8.
PREVIOUS MATCHES
- The Eagles played USC Upstate close for two sets before falling 3-0 on the road last Tuesday (Sept. 9).
- Kamren Harper led the Eagles with 11 kills and Makenzi Searcy and Leanna Beaty each chipped in seven kills against USC Upstate. Manuela Cripa Nasser totaled 27 assists and 15 digs, both team highs, and Loren Johnson collected 14 digs.
- UNC Asheville lost 3-1 to Queens (N.C.) in an away match this past Saturday (Sept. 13). Ana Djurovic tallied 11 kills for the Bulldogs.

- This will be the Eagles' fifth consecutive road match.
- NCCU has played seven of its eight previous matches on the road.
- The Eagles are 1-7 versus UNC Asheville in the season series. Both teams meet for the second time in three seasons. The last time both teams played was Aug. 26, 2023 which resulted in a five-set loss for the Eagles in Asheville, N.C.
- Kamren Harper ranks third in kills per set (3.74) and points per set (4.04) in the MEAC.
- Manuela Cripa Nasser is second in assists per set (9.15) and sixth in digs per set (2.74) in the MEAC.
- Loren Johnson ranks third in digs per set (4.15) in the MEAC.
