LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Eight North Carolina Central softball players were named Easton/NFCA Scholar-Athlete All-Americans for the 2024-25 academic year. The NCCU honorees were Kia Borum, Jaden Davis, Janea Hudson, Sydney Jones, Elana Krupey, Simone Mack, Takia Nichols and Nyla Rodgers.

Student-athletes with a 3.5 GPA or higher for the 2024-25 academic year were submitted by NFCA member head coaches. NFCA is the acronym for National Fastpitch Coaches Association.

The NCCU players were among 9,199 student-athletes highlighted by Easton/NFCA. The academic list includes softball scholar-athletes from NCAA Divisions I, II and III, NAIA, junior college and other four-year institutions.
