Track & Field Releases 2025 Outdoor Schedule

DURHAM, N.C. – With the indoor season ending at the 2025 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Track & Field Championships in February, North Carolina Central University announces the 2025 outdoor schedule, which includes seven regular season meets.

There are six chances to catch the Eagles in North Carolina this spring. The Maroon & Gray open the season on March 7-8 at the Seahawk Invitational hosted by UNC Wilmington near the beach. After spring break, the Eagles return to campus to gear up for the Raleigh Relays on March 27-29 at North Carolina State University.

In April, NC Central will compete every weekend starting at the VertKlasse Meeting at High Point University (April 4-5) and then return close to home for the Duke Invitational (April 10-12). The Eagles travel to Greensboro, N.C. for the Aggie Invitational on April 18-19 and close the month at the Penn Relays in Philadelphia on April 24-26.

The regular season finale will be the second meet at the Morris Williams Stadium for the Duke Twilight on May 4.

Postseason action begins on May 15-17 at the MEAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Norfolk, Va. Pending event finishes in the region, the Eagles can qualify for the NCAA East Regional Track & Field Championships (May 28-31), which determines who competes at the NCAA Track & Field Championships in Eugene, Ore. on June 11-14.
