DURHAM, N.C. – North Carolina Central University track and field senior
Marvin Jones soared 2.00 meters to finish sixth out of 37 total competitors in the men's high jump at the Raleigh Relays, hosted by North Carolina State University.
For the Hillsborough native, this is his fourth top-10 finish of the calendar year, including victories at the Champion College Team Challenge, Liberty Open, JDL Flat is Fast Invitational, and his gold medal at the MEAC Indoor Championships.
Also, for the Eagles, senior
Micah Fulton leaped 11.81m in the women's triple jump to place 16
th out of 39 total participants. Classmate
Jaelyn Blanc placed 18
th out of 26 in the men's triple jump with a 13.97m mark.
Up next, the maroon and gray will compete in the VertKlasse Meeting, hosted by High Point University on April 1-2.
