SCOUTING THE OWLS
Warren Wilson comes to Durham after knocking off 10th-ranked Apprentice in a conference tilt, 68-67. Jerry Daye led the Owls with 18 points and 13 rebounds, and Kris Carroll followed with 14 points and seven boards. Daye paces his team with 16.7 points and 6.6 rebounds per game, and is one of three players averaging over 10 points per game. This will be the second meeting between NCCU and Warren Wilson this season, after the Eagles hosted the Owls in the season opener on Nov. 23.
