SCOUTING THE HAWKEYES
Iowa has gotten off to a 2-0 start after defeating Longwood and Kansas City at home, and will continue its six-game home stand to start the season against NCCU. The Hawkeyes went 22-9 last season, and were defeated by Oregon, 95-80, in the second round of the NCAA Tournament. Keegan Murray and Jordan Bohannon return for the Hawkeyes this season, and they both lead the squad in scoring with 24.5 points and 15.5 points, respectively. Bohannon has already knocked down nine treys, and Murray is shooting 68.0% from the field. This will be the third meeting between the Eagles and Hawkeyes. Iowa won the previous matchup in the season-opener last season, 97-67.
