SCOUTING THE MUSTANGS
Mid-Atlantic Christian has slowed after a 3-0 start to the season, but the Mustangs are 4-0 at home. MACU has been a strong rebounding squad so far, averaging 37.6 boards per contest as a team, led by Malik Galloway with 7.4 caroms per outing. Jabari Richardson is the top scorer for the Mustangs, averaging 17.1 points per game.

Jordan Perkins has logged a lot of time on the court in his career, totalling over 1900 minutes, and 77 appearances with 57 starts out of a possible 82 games. With that time on the floor, he's also been a great playmaker and now stands tied for fourth all-time in career assists at NCCU. Perkins is also second in the MEAC in assists with an average of 3.7 per game. Below is a list of the top-five assisters at NCCU.

AWAY DAYS
NCCU will only play four non-conference home games this year, with two in November and two in December. The Eagles will again only play two home games in January once MEAC play starts. With that said, the Eagles will go 20+ days between home games twice this season. Below is a look at the longest gaps between home games this season.

MAKING 50, WINNING BIG
NCCU set a new Division I school record with 50 made field goals against Christendom on December 11, surpassing a mark of 47, also against the Crusaders in 2017 in a 109-28 victory. The Eagles also recorded an impressive 90 points in the paint during that contest. The Eagles won by 81 points, which is the second-largest margin of victory in school history after an 85-point triumph over Saint Augustine's, 119-34, on Feb. 18, 1944.
