Complete Results HIGH POINT, N.C. – The North Carolina Central University women's 4x100-meter relay squad broke the meet record in the eighth annual VertKlasse Meeting on Saturday inside Vert Stadium on the campus of High Point University.

Santese Pryor posted a record-breaking time of 45.86 seconds in the 4x100m relay race, topping the mark of 45.91 by Duke University in the 2015 meet.
The rookie White also ran to victory in the women's 100m dash with a time of 11.78, while Staten won the women's 200m dash in 24.69. Both are season-best marks for White and Staten.

Isaac Roberts, finished in second place with a time of 41.12.
Entering the weekend, NCCU interim head coach Tavius "T.J." Walker said his goal was to focus on the relay events. Goal achieved.
In the men's 400m hurdles, NCCU sophomore
James Johnson (54.57) and junior
Carlton Edwards, Jr. (54.84) placed second and third, respectively.
In the field, McClam recorded a runner-up distance of 7.45 meters in the men's long jump, while freshman
Armond Shaw placed second in the men's high jump with a season-best leap of 1.99m.

Lovasia Thomas in the women's 400m dash (seventh, 59.13), junior
Deandre James in the men's 800m run (eighth, 1:54.96), and junior
Jonathan Williams in the men's 100m dash (ninth, 10.76).
The NCCU outdoor track and field teams return to competition on Saturday, April 9 at the Aggie Invitational on the campus of North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro.
