CJ: "I don't like attention and I am actually kind of shy."
Q: What is your major? What do you want to do after NCCU?
CJ: "I graduated with a degree in accounting last May. I am currently enrolled in the athletics administration graduate program. After this season, I will start my career in accounting/finance."
Q: What do you like most about being an NCCU Eagle?
CJ: "It sounds cliché, but the family atmosphere. The love and support from everyone on campus is something I cherish."

CJ: "Winning our first championship in 2014. From the moment I woke up, I knew that day was going to be special. It's a feeling that I haven't had since then."

CJ: "I read scriptures during pre-game meal. And the last song I listen to before I go out is "We Outchea" by Ace Hood."

Q: If you could invite any person to WG Pearson dining hall for lunch, who would it be and why?
CJ: "I would invite my father, Carl E. Jones, Sr., who passed away when I was 15. I would invite him so he can be proud of everything his son has done at NCCU, and to show him that I am carrying his name with pride and honor."
