DURHAM, N.C. – The Lady Eagles will hit the hardwood one more time before Thanksgiving when North Carolina Central University battles Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
The second of four consecutive road games for NCCU will be played in Willett Hall with the Lancers providing live video of the non-conference contest on the Big South Network.

Morgan Jones has tallied eight points and five assists in each contest. NCCU has committed 20-plus turnovers both times. The Lady Eagles have lost their last 16 road games dating back to their 2014-15 season opener.
LONGWOOD is 0-3 heading into its home opener. The Lancers have played a difficult schedule to start the season with losses at No. 9 Oregon State (110-45), James Madison (88-30) and Virginia (81-46). A pair of seniors pace the Lancers offensively with Deborah Headen and Kyndal Skersick averaging 7.0 points per game. Longwood has struggled on the boards (-31 rebounding margin) with junior Eboni Gilliam, who is third on the team with 5.3 points per game, leading the team with 5.0 rebounds per game. The Lancers went 3-9 in Willett Hall last season.
