2024-25 - SENIOR SEASON
  • Specialized in 400, 800 and javelin
  • MEAC All-Academic Team selection for indoor and outdoor track & field

2023-24 - JUNIOR SEASON
  • Named the Chekeria Reid Sportsmanship Award recipient by the NCCU Athletic Department.

2022-23 - SOPHOMORE SEASON
  • Selected to the MEAC All-Academic Team.
  • All-MEAC Third Team - Indoor (Mile & Distance Medley Relay).
  • Captured bronze at the MEAC Indoor Track & Field Championships in the mile run (5:07.63).
  • Took home bronze as a member of the women's distance medley team at the MEAC Indoor Track & Field Championships.

2021-22 - FRESHMAN SEASON
  • Named the NCCU Department of Athletics Women's Student-Athlete of the Year.
  • Captured All-MEAC honors with a team-best ninth-place finish at MEAC Cross Country Championships.
  • Claimed an All-MEAC silver medal in the mile run at the MEAC Indoor Track & Field Championships.
  • Delivered five top-10 performances during cross country season, including a first-place finish at the Greensboro XC Invitational.
  • Placed fourth in the 800-meter run at the conference indoor championships.
  • Earned bronze medal in the women's 3000m steeplechase at the MEAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
RESEARCH TRIANGLE HIGH SCHOOL
  • Departed Research Triangle High School as the most decorated student-athlete in school history: 4-time all-conference in cross-country, 3-time all-conference in track & field, 2-time Central Tar Heel Conference (CTHC) Cross-Country Runner of the Year, 2-time CTHC Track & Field Runner of the Year, 12 all-state performances in cross-country and track & field, 10 state championships (3 indoor, 6 outdoor, 1 XC).
  • Won the 2021 NCHSAA 1A outdoor 1600-meter title in 5:23.84.
  • Member of the 2019 NCHSAA 1A state cross-country championship team, and received the Farm Bureau/NCHSAA 1A sportsmanship award.
  • Won two 1A state championships in outdoor (2018), taking the 800-meter (2:20.40) and the 1600-meter (5:21.52) runs, while also capturing the 1A/2A state title in the 1000-meter run in the indoor season.
