HIGH SCHOOL: A key player her senior season at Etiwanda High School out of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif... Batted .400 with seven RBIs, seven runs scored, one double and one home run in 21 games on a 23-4 squad that placed second in the league standings and reached the CIF Southern Section Division 1 quarterfinals... As a junior, was part of the Etiwanda team that won the CIF SoCal Division II regional crown... Made an immediate impact as freshman at Montclair (Calif.) High School, leading the team in home runs (6) and ranking third in RBIs (27) while batting .350 in 21 games... Honored as a league scholar-athlete, she was on the Principal's Honor Roll all four years in high school...
