Biography

2011 - FRESHMAN SEASON
Played in 10 games, including three as a starting linebacker, in his first season of college football. Amassed 31 tackles (16 solo), including 2.0 hits for a loss with a sack. Posted a forced fumble, a recovered fumble and an interception returned 75 yards for a touchdown. Recorded season-best six stops in a game twice, adding a sack versus Florida A&M (Nov. 12) and an interception for a 75-yard touchdown against Elon (Sept. 17). Tallied five takedowns and a fumble recovery at South Carolina State (Oct. 8).

NEW BERN HIGH SCHOOL
Named first-team all-conference by the Sun Journal. Led team with 112 tackles in 2008. Team won state championship in 2007.
