North Carolina Central University Athletics

A mainstay of both North Carolina Central University athletics and the Eagles football program, Billy Ruffin has been assisting the team since 1996. He currently serves as equipment manager.
 
Over the years, Ruffin has also funded a dinner for the entire NCCU football program and support staff prior to the kickoff of each coming season.
 
A 1975 graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, Ruffin is also the owner of both B&R Trucking and B&R Janitorial.
