Tied for fourth on the team in hits (29) and RBIs (14)... Fourth on the team in doubles (4) and tied for second in triples (2)... Second on the team in walks (16) and tied for second in hit by pitch (3)... Hit the eventual game-winning two-run homer in the top seventh vs. Norfolk State in a 3-2 Game 1 victory on April 28... Tied for 10th in the MEAC in triples... Ranked 10th in the MEAC in hit by pitch... Batted a perfect 4-for-4 with a double, one RBI, three runs scored and one stolen base in a Game 3 win over Coppin State on March 15... HIGH SCHOOL: A key player her senior season at Etiwanda High School out of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif... Batted .400 with seven RBIs, seven runs scored, one double and one home run in 21 games on a 23-4 squad that placed second in the league standings and reached the CIF Southern Section Division 1 quarterfinals... As a junior, was part of the Etiwanda team that won the CIF SoCal Division II regional crown... Made an immediate impact as freshman at Montclair (Calif.) High School, leading the team in home runs (6) and ranking third in RBIs (27) while batting .350 in 21 games... Honored as a league scholar-athlete, she was on the Principal's Honor Roll all four years in high school... Selected to represent both Montclair and Etiwanda high schools on the San Bernadino Student Advisory Panel and received certificates of recognition and excellence from several city, county and state leaders including the State of California Senate...
