2009 - FRESHMAN SEASON
    Played in 10 games, including six as a starter on the offensive line as a true freshman.

FUQUAY-VARINA HIGH SCHOOL
    Four-year varsity letterwinner. Two-time all-conference pick (2007, 2008) and all-state pick in 2008. As a senior in 2008, collected 79 tackles (36 solo), 19 tackles for a loss, three forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries.

    Born April 18, 1991 in Miami, Fla. Parents are Lisette and Joseph Figueroa. Major at NCCU is education with a concentration in physical education. Member of the Army ROTC program.
