Moore rushed for 2,413 yards, ranking in the top five in the state of North Carolina, while finding the endzone a state-best 46 times. He was a state champion with High Point Christian Academy, earning MVP honors. High Point Christian head coach Ryan Rocha calls Moore the “best running back I have ever coached.”
Coach Bankin’s Comment: “Jaylen originally committed to Cornell early in his senior year. He brings both athletic and academic excellence to our program. Jaylen also brings balance to the 2026 running back recruiting class. Jaylen is one of two high school seniors that we signed to go along with the two transfer seniors joining our program. Jaylen's on-field production and his in-class excellence speak to the standards of NCCU Eagle football.”
