2009 - SOPHOMORE SEASON
Played in 10 of 11 games, including a start at Winston-Salem State (Nov. 14). Recorded 32 tackles (14 solo) with 1.5 hits for a loss and 2 assisted sacks, along with 2 pass breakups, a forced fumble and a recovered fumble. Amassed season-high 7 tackles with a forced fumble and a fumble recovery at nationally-ranked Liberty (Sept. 12). Achieved 4 solo stops and 2 pass deflections at Duke (Sept. 26). Collected 4 takedowns with an assisted sack versus Savannah State (Nov. 21).

2008 - FRESHMAN SEASON
Recorded 21 tackles (10 solo), included an assisted tackle for a loss, as a true freshman. Amassed a season-high 5 tackles, including a hit for a loss, in his first college game vs. Fayetteville State (Aug. 31). Collected 4 tackles (3 solo) vs. Savannah State (Nov. 22). Notched 3 takedowns (2 solo) at Presbyterian (Oct. 11).

CORAL REEF HIGH SCHOOL
Selected All-County and two-time Team’s Top Defensive Lineman (2006, 2007). Participated in the Dade County North vs. South All-Star Game.

PERSONAL
Born March 15, 1990 in Miami, Florida. Parents are Steve and Careliz Sandifer. Major at NCCU is Criminal Justice. Member of the Army ROTC program.
