Isaac Williams, who possesses five years of Division I coaching experience, joined North Carolina Central University football staff as an assistant coach working with the offensive line in March 2021.

Prior to NCCU, Williams spent three seasons (2018-20) working in the Mid-Eastern Atlantic Conference (MEAC) as a tight ends coach and offensive line coach/run game coordinator at the Morgan State University.

At the University of Northern Colorado (2016-17), Williams was the defensive graduate assistant/outside linebackers coach and offensive line/tight ends coach.

Williams earned his bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics from Alcorn State University in 2012, and then earned his master’s degree in education leadership from the University of Northern Colorado in 2017.
