Grayson Reed is entering his first season with the North Carolina Central University football program, where he'll oversee an offensive line that anchored the MEAC's top scoring offense in 2025.

Reed comes to the Eagles from Los Angeles, where he was an offensive assistant for the University of Southern California (USC). With the Trojans, Reed worked primarily with the offensive line.

In 2024, USC finished the regular season ranked No. 10 in the nation in passing offense (291.9) and No. 1 in the Big Ten, as well as No. 23 in the nation in total offense (437.2) and second in the Big Ten.
 
Prior to his time with the Trojans, Reed coached at Texas A&M from 2021-23. He began his coaching career as a student assistant coach for the Aggies for the 2021 season before being elevated to an offensive assistant for two seasons.

In the spring of 2024, Reed was promoted to assistant offensive line coach. 
 
Reed received his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Texas A&M. He was a member of the Aggie football team from 2017-20.
