  • Occasionally, there are home doubleheaders where the women's and men's teams play back-to-back. Be sure to check the schedule before attending home contests.
  • In the event of a doubleheader, a single ticket will be used for both games.
  • McDougald-McLendon Arena enforces a Clear Bag Policy as well as a policy of no re-entry.
  • Doors open one hour before tipoff.
  • Basketball will call is located at the main ticket office, which opens at the same time doors open. The ticket office closes at halftime of single games and at halftime of the second game during doubleheaders.
  • All ticket-related questions during games can be answered at the main ticket office.
  • The main entrance is located on the second floor of McDougald-McLendon Arena facing Lawson Street. Only fans with accessibility needs and students will enter through any other entrance.
  • The student entrance is on the ground floor in the Northwest corner of the arena, next to Campus Drive. Students must have their student ticket and student ID when entering through the student entrance.
  • The wheelchair-accessible ADA entrance is located beneath the main entrance to McDougald-McLendon Arena.
  • ADA seating is limited. The floor seats across from the team benches have openings for wheelchairs. Seating is first come, first served, and are reserved for those with accessibility needs and one companion.
  • General seating is located on the second floor. First floor seating is reserved for NCCU students, guests or either team, and Floor or VIP ticket holders.
